Kermit Keynote 2024:

THE PURPOSE OF PURPOSE IS GROWTH

THE PURPOSE OF PURPOSE IS GROWTH

Lately, leaders have been forced to respond to everything from a dismantled supply chain and muted virtual teams to overdue calls for equality, and an economy on the brink of disaster. And the way forward? It’s filled with unclear and competing priorities, contradictions in what customers want and expect, and a workforce that’s completely divided on where they work and why they work.

Welcome to an era that requires a new approach to growth.

It’s built by purpose, defined by actions, and adopted through communications. It’s all based on what you think, what you do, and what you say. The answer to chaos isn’t more chaos. Meaningful growth isn’t built with more leads, more platforms, and more data. Organizational growth doesn’t need to be complicated. It needs to be focused. Think Do Say has powered a wide variety of organizations from Google, Microsoft, and Walmart to Unicef, Scouts, and all the real estate, FI, insurance, books of business, and start-ups in between.

It’s time to grow into growth. This insightful presentation and private workshop with the author will help you and your leadership team do it.

Here’s what you’ll get from the Think Do Say working session:

You’ll build your own Operating System for Growth that you’ll be able to start implementing the next day:

• Reframing and articulating your purpose to fuel growth, not solve social issues.

• Exploring Meta Trends that indirectly impact your business

• Creation of a Strategic Growth Roadmap with Brand Relevance, Brand Difference, and Brand Opportunity

• Creation of a Brand Belief and Essential Do

• Priorities to improve CX and EX (employee experience)

• Completion of a simple and proprietary Brand Narrative to help communicate your purpose and proof

• A simplified approach to marketing through Brand Narrative extensions

• A simplified approach to thought leadership as a marketing tactic
