Kermit Camps are back! Our camps avoid big cities and large crowds in order to follow safety protocols for gathering together. To get to know other members in the collective, each company is highly encouraged to send one or more of their team to camp.

Camps are only open to Kermit Collective members.

Kermit Camps give leaders a chance to step away from the day-to-day tasks of running a company and focus on creative thinking, new ideas, and making connections with collaborative competitors.

We start by getting to know each other as people, then dig into activities around a theme (previous themes have included storytelling and adaptability), and end camp with an unconference where participants are invited to share presentations on anything they find interesting.

Sample Agenda:

Sunday, Oct 23: Welcome dinner

Monday, Oct 24: Explore the coastline and Oops-Conference (Biggest Mistakes and lessons learned)

Tuesday, Oct 25: Facilitation Day: Adaptability and Resilience

Wednesday, Oct 26: Unconference lightning talks, presentations, knowledge sharing + Closing Dinner

Thursday, Oct 27: Brunch and Travel home
