Refund policy
If you have a conflict with an event after the point of sale, depending on commitments already made (and down payments completed) a refund may not be possible. Please communicate any potential conflict as soon as you are aware so we can work through options. If we can coordinate a refund, will do so. Though know that it will not be possible in all circumstances (especially if within 30 days of travel).
Delivery Policy
All tickets are delivered electronically. There are no physical items to deliver.
Cancellation Policy
If an event will be entirely cancelled (due to COVID, scheduling, or other conflicts) a full refund will be given unless otherwise stated.
